Three ingredients, no baking, and ready in five minutes -- here's an easy way to treat your partner to a special Valentine's Day dessert after getting the kids to bed -- or make it for the whole family.
Nutella mousse

Using a stand or handheld mixer, beat cold whipping cream and sugar on a high speed until stiff peaks form. This usually takes several minutes. You're looking for (you guessed it!) a mousse texture.
Gently fold in Nutella using a spatula (I start with a 1/2 cup but usually add more).
Don't worry about mixing it in perfectly. The color will be a very light brown, so you'll want to taste your mousse to make sure it has enough Nutella for your taste!
Serve in a glass bowl.
Optional: Top with fresh raspberries and dark chocolate chips.
Wasn't that easy?
Note: You can mix other goodies into this mousse base -- peanut butter, chocolate, fruit spreads, you name it.
