The NBA is the Wild West right now given COVID-19 and the league’s health protocols, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t edges to be had. We sit at 37-31 on the season for article plays and look to improve on Wednesday.

New York Knicks at Orlando Magic: NYK 1H -2 (-113)
As we did with the Warriors in this article on Monday — and the Suns on Twitter on Tuesday — we’re just riding a simple trend here. Plus, both those plays cashed to start the week, so we’ll look for another winner here. The Knicks are the best team in the NBA against the first half number this season, sitting at 19-9-1 1H ATS. They’ve been even more successful on the road, going 11-4-1 1H ATS. On top of that, New York’s been scorching hot no matter where it’s playing lately, going 9-1 1H ATS over the last 10 games, winning those halves by 5.3 points per game. Orlando is decimated with injuries, going just 5-8 1H ATS at home this season, and 3-7 1H ATS in the last 10 overall. The Magic are very worthy to be faded in this spot.
New Orleans Pelicans vs. Portland Trail Blazers: Zion Williamson OVER 25.5 points (-104)
Zion’s been going beast mode over his last four games, dropping 29 on the Bulls, 36 on the Mavs, 26 on the Pistons and then 31 on Tuesday against the Grizzlies. Averaging over 30 points during this four-game tear, Zion played just 28 minutes last night, so he should be fresh to face a Portland squad also on the second night of a back-to-back. The Blazers had a more stressful battle against OKC that required a late comeback, and really struggle defending the paint — where Zion feasts.
