Wow, we love our water.
We received more than 1,000 votes in the first six hours of voting for Michigan’s Best Inland Lake.
That’s a crazy amount of votes so quickly, but it’s also expected when you consider we had 142 nominations and some pretty passionate pleas for lakes across the state.

Keep those votes coming in for the best lakes in our nine regional polls. Your votes will decide some close races. Many of regional poll leaders are separated by only a few votes.
You can vote once per email address, every three hours. You can also vote in all of our regions. The deadline to vote is 11:59 p.m. Friday, May 21.
Once the voting is complete, our Michigan’s Best team of John Gonzalez and Amy Sherman will be sharing stories about inland lakes over the next few weeks.
Click on the links below to vote in your favorite regions. Once you vote, you will see real-time results and current leaders. Come back to Michigan’s Best on Thursday where we will take a closer look at poll leaders.
