It’s always refreshing to see that Cash Ashley and the team at Raduno Brick Oven & Barroom are consistently making use of local, seasonal produce. The new summer specials now available at Raduno incorporate a wide range of local ingredients.
The Elote Pie features corn and sweet red onions from Barnhill Orchards (Lonoke) along with roasted garlic, jalapeno cream cheese, mozzarella, Cotija, crema, cilantro and Tajin. A vegan version is also available.
