It started over a pre-show question before a recent podcast: who was the better draft pick, Myles Garrett or Baker Mayfield?

It’s too early to settle that argument, but it got the mental wheels turning. Who has been the best draft pick from each Browns draft class going all the way back to the franchise’s return in 1999?

Some of the years were easy. Joe Thomas in 2007 is a pretty clear-cut best of the best. Other years are more of a struggle. If a tie-breaker was needed, the length of the quality of the career was used.
