Parker Products, an ingredients manufacturer backed by midmarket private-equity firm The Riverside Co., has bought fellow ingredients manufacturer Creative Food Ingredients Inc. to expand and diversify its product offerings.
The deal marks Parker’s first acquisition since Riverside acquired the Fort Worth, Texas-based company in 2017 and will roughly double its sales and employee head count, according to Riverside Partner Meranee Phing.
