BMO raised its price target on Nvidia to $565 from $425
BMO raised its price target on the stock to a Street high and said it expects the company to "deliver" when it reports second-quarter earnings on Wednesday.
Expectations are high, but we expect NVIDIA to deliver on the quarter and guidance. ... .While our valuation methodology largely remains the same as prior, we are now incorporating the impact of the company's recent acquisition of Mellanox into our estimates, and thus basing our methodology on pro forma EPS vs. prior GAAP."
RBC raised its price target on Zoom to $300 from $250
RBC raised its price target on the teleconferencing company tying a Street high and said the company continues to be a "work from home beneficiary."
"While most investors are fearful of looking at names trading at 25x CY22E revenue, we remain very bullish on ZM and believe that this quarter once again has the potential to deliver much better than expected revenue upside vs. consensus expectations. ... .Zoom continues, unsurprisingly, to be a work from home beneficiary."
