This has been a PGA TOUR season unlike any other.
Play was interrupted for more than a month by the COVID-19 pandemic, but the season has resumed with strong fields and high drama. Justin Thomas won a World Golf Championship to solidify his spot atop the FedExCup rankings. Collin Morikawa established himself as a star with his win at the PGA Championship. Jon Rahm reached the top of the world ranking.
We've played 11 events since the season resumed. That's a sufficient sample to measure players' performance since the Return to Golf.
The below chart shows the Strokes Gained statistics, and rankings, for players since the season resumed. This will give a good gauge about who has performed the best since players came back at the Charles Schwab Challenge, and who is in good form as the postseason gets underway.
(Note: Rankings in parentheses; rankings among top 125 in FedExCup)
