Being a college student can be challenging when it comes to motivation — or lack of sleep, in my terms. I have always tried to drink coffee, or even the occasional BANG, but nothing has given me energy and satisfaction like the Celsius energy drink.
Celsius not only provides me with the energy I need to get through a long day of school and workouts but also has other benefits that most energy drinks do not have. Celsius helps you burn fat, accelerates metabolism, is low in calories and has no high fructose corn syrup.
A drink that not only boosts my energy but also helps burn fat and quickens my metabolism — I’m sold. Who wouldn’t want an energy drink like that?
Celsius is thermogenic, meaning that it helps your body generate more heat and raises body temperature. Not only does the 200 mg of caffeine help provoke the thermogenesis process, but the guarana extract and green tea leaf extract also provide support for the body losing weight. Many energy drinks like Monster and Red Bull have guarana extract; however, the green tea leaf extract is a natural ingredient popular in the Celsius drink.
Usually, when I need an energy boost, I have a lot of schoolwork and not enough stamina and motivation to get it done. But with Celsius, I can accomplish things and get them finished, and I believe it’s incredible how the drink also allows my body to burn fat.
Celsius is a drink that is great not only for when you’re studying for school but also as a pre-workout before a gym lift or a cardio day. When you’re working out, your body is already burning fat, and increasing your metabolic rate and adding that energy drink to your system will help it improve even more while giving you the drive to get a workout in. Doesn’t that sound amazing?
When it comes to calories, most brands are now creating energy drinks that have little to no calories. This idea allows more people to purchase them without feeling like they’re adding any calories to their diet. Unfortunately, most name brands have ingredients that are not good for the body — especially high fructose corn syrup.
High fructose corn syrup is used in energy drinks to give it sweetness, but it isn’t too sweet on people’s bodies. Luckily, there is no high fructose corn syrup in Celsius, and the drink is made with natural flavor and other great ingredients like vitamin C and juices from fruits and vegetables.
If you’re ever in school or just feeling like you need a pick-me-up, buy a Celsius; I can assure you that you will not regret it. Did I mention that they come in a variety of delicious flavors, too? Well, now you know.
