A FOODIE has proven that eating healthy doesn’t have to taste bad or take up much of your time.
Her go-to salmon recipe is both delicious and easy to follow.
TikToker and home chef Rachael Kirkconnell (@rachael_kirkconnell) knows most of us don’t have time to whip up complicated dishes every day, so she shared her 15-minute salmon recipe that you can incorporate into any of your meals.
“This one is so good. You can put it on a salad, in a bowl, over rice and veggies, in a wrap, whatever you want,” she began in the video.
The best part? It’s quick, mess-free, and lazy girl approved.
“It takes 15 to 20 minutes tops, and it tastes like the real deal.”
Begin by pouring boiling water over your salmon fillet, as this will loosen the skin so that it peels right off.
“And no, the water does not cook your salmon,” she said about the useful hack.
Next, chop your salmon into bite-size pieces and toss them in a bowl.
To marinate, mix in the first four ingredients: a generous amount of Dijon mustard, a drizzle of honey, a splash of Worcestershire sauce, and Trader Joe's salmon rub.

After covering the salmon bites in the marinade, put them in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
“You can also use your oven,” Rachael noted.
Once that’s done, she said to throw on the fifth and final ingredient: “The cherry on top is Everything But The Bagel seasoning from Trader Joe's.”
Viewers were ready to give it a go.
