HOLLAND (WHTC-AM/FM) -- A Holland man is sharing his love of bread making with others via Facebook. Ken Freestone said the possibilities with flour, water, salt and yeast -- if you can find yeast -- are endless.

The basic recipe for artisan bread takes just five minutes, he said. Freestone’s video tutorials are available on his Facebook page or the Holland United Church of Christ Facebook page. You make the dough and go from there.

“We’ll probably do some with rye, pumpernickel and cinnamon rolls and those are all out of the same dough," he said. "So this is not crazy stuff I’m doing.  just maybe some different ingredients but the same basic recipe and process.”
